Important Training Notice

This program is general fitness education, not individualized medical care. Exercise tolerance varies. Stop and seek appropriate medical attention for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, have cardiovascular or metabolic disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, significant joint pain, or another condition affecting exercise safety, obtain individualized guidance before beginning.

This challenge is designed to increase physical activity, conditioning and muscular endurance and can support fat-loss goals when paired with appropriate nutrition and energy balance. It does not promise to permanently 'boost' or 'reset' metabolism.
